3-Hour Home Clean
Best for 3–4 room flats and apartments. One cleaner, three full hours, working the checklist top to bottom.
Price is indicative for a standard 3–4 room home and is confirmed on WhatsApp before the visit. Larger homes are quoted separately.

- No payment on this page. Nothing is charged until you've confirmed the slot, scope and final price in writing.
- First-time homes only. The 10% discount and free kit apply to your first booking, one per household.
- Free reschedule up to 24 hours before your slot.
- Not a deep clean. Post-renovation, hoarding and biohazard clean-ups need a different scope — we'll quote honestly or tell you we're not the right fit.

Add-ons need extra time, so they're quoted with your booking rather than bolted on afterwards. Exterior window cleaning on high floors is not offered — it needs licensed rope access.

What people say after the first visit
Two kids and a full-time job, and the kitchen hob had been bothering me for months. Three hours later it looked like the showflat again — and nobody tried to sell me extra supplies.
I use them for tenant handovers. The price was fixed before the visit, so there was no “extra charges because it was dirtier than expected” conversation. The follow-up call matters when you can't be there.
Same two people every time, which matters when you're letting someone into your home. They flagged a slow-draining sink and suggested a plumber instead of quietly ignoring it.

Everything people ask before the first clean
Is there a catch with the 10% discount and the free kit?
No catch, but two conditions: it applies to your first booking only, and it's one per household. We'd rather over-deliver on visit one than discount forever — that's the whole reason the offer exists.
How is this different from hiring an hourly part-time cleaner?
Training. Our cleaners are full-time staff working a fixed checklist, not freelancers fitting you in around other jobs. Scope. You know in advance which 52 items are covered, so “clean” isn't left to interpretation. Accountability. You get a feedback call within 30 minutes, and a re-clean within 48 hours if we missed something.
The trade-off is honest: we're not the cheapest per hour, and we don't do à-la-carte one-hour bookings.
Can I trust someone in my home, and do I need to be there?
Every cleaner is background-checked, trained in-house and covered by our insurance before their first solo visit. You'll get the name of the person attending before they arrive. You don't need to be home — many clients aren't — and you never have to leave keys with a stranger. Just tell us in the form if there are pets.
What isn't included?
Being straight with you saves us both a bad visit.
Not in the standard 3-hour clean: exterior window cleaning on high floors (it needs licensed rope access), post-renovation or hoarding clean-ups, pest and mould remediation, and biohazard work. Needs extra time: ironing, inside-fridge, inside-oven and inside-cabinet work — all available, just quoted with your booking.
If your home needs one of the excluded services, we'll say so and point you to a specialist rather than take a booking we can't do properly.
How do I pay, and when?
Nothing is charged when you send the request. We confirm the slot and the final price on WhatsApp first; payment is after the clean by PayNow or bank transfer, with a receipt. No card is stored and no deposit is taken on this page.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 48 hours and we return to put it right at no charge. If it's something we genuinely can't fix, we'll say so plainly and make it right financially instead of arguing about it.
